FENCING LABOURER
We are looking for fencing labourers to work on construction sites and domestic properties. The following would be advantageous to your application.
* A valid CSCS card
* A driving license is preferred but not essential.
MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS OLD.
Applicants should have a basic knowledge of of fencing, including close-board, waney lap, concrete posts and concrete gravel-boards, picket and palisade.
The working hours are from 7:00 am to 17:30pm Monday to Friday which include an unpaid morning break between 10am to 10:30am and an unpaid lunch break between 13:00 and 13:30.
Holiday entitlement is 20 day per annum plus 8 paid bank holidays calculated at a rate of one twelfth per month. Overtime will be available and is paid at 1.5 times the standard pay.
Job Type: Full-time.
Salary: TBC + overtime + production bonus.

FENCER
We are looking for experienced fence erectors to work on construction sites and domestic properties. Applicants must have the following:
* A valid CSCS card
* A Full clean driving license and their own transport to get to and from our depot.
* Must be able to read site drawings and be able to accurately scale dimensions.
MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS OLD.
Applicants must have a sound knowledge of all aspects of fencing, including all forms of close-board, waney lap and close-board panels, concrete posts and concrete gravel-boards, picket and palisade.
The working hours are from 7:00 am to 17:30pm Monday to Friday which include an unpaid morning break between 10am to 10:30am and an unpaid lunch break between 13:00 and 13:30.

LANDSCAPER
We are looking for an experienced Landscaper, with general knowledge of all round good horticultural practice.
Must be able to work on their own and to a high standard, be capable of reading drawings and plant specifications.
A general knowledge of horticultural maintenance is a must, ideally the candidate will hold an NVQ in Horticulture.
MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS OLD.
This is a good opportunity for somebody who wishes to build a career in Landscaping and Horticulture.

LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE PERSON
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working person who is interested in pursuing a career in landscaping. We work mainly on new housing sites for large housing developers installing new gardens and public open spaces. Planting, Turfing, Using scale drawings to place trees, shrubs and hedging. We also carry out landscaping works on existing sites, and maintenance of existing gardens.
The role initially will be shadowing and helping our experienced landscapers with their day to day duties under the management of one of our contracts managers. There will be an opportunity to complete a City and Guilds Diploma in work based Horticulture as well as other qualifications in relevant machinery such as Spraying and Dumper/Excavator use.
The working hours are from 7am to 17:30pm Monday to Friday which include an unpaid morning break between 10am to 10:30am and an unpaid lunch break between 13:00 and 13:30.

We will require you to have a CSCS card but can help you obtain this on employment if you do not already have one.
