On the Ipswich Road take the turning into Plains Farm Close which takes you to the rear of the BMW and Honda car garages.

 

As you pass the rear of the BMW garage there is a slip road on your right hand side between two houses with a green sign for Cox Landscapes. We are the next turning on the right past Willow Close.

 

Follow through the wooden gate on the right and continue left into the yard. The yard sales office is located past the green containers.

Head all the way round to the left to the yard. If you find yourself lost please ask someone wearing a his-vis vest.

AT THE ENTRANCE THERE ARE TWO LARGE GRANITE BOULDERS AS PICTURED. FOLLOW THE ROAD ALL THE WAY DOWN THE CONCRETE ROAD ON THE RIGHT AND THEN HEAD ALL THE WAY LEFT INTO THE YARD. THE OFFICE IS AT THE BOTTOM
